Bears Den Mountain Lodge - Hakuba

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming lodge in a prime location. The hotel is situated right at the coach station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were well-appointed and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast served each morning, which provided the perfect start to my day of adventures.

I recently had an incredible stay at a lodge in the mountains. The location was unbeatable, with the slopes just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to be able to ski right to the hotel door. The staff were amazing, offering helpful recommendations and even organizing ski lessons and equipment hire. The rooms were cozy and had comfortable bedding, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. And the homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious, a great way to start the day.

Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent.

Bears Den Mountain Lodge Hakuba offers incredible value for money. The rooms are large and the beds extremely comfortable. The lodge owner, Lesley, provides impeccable service and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an amazing time. The location is perfect, right at the coach station and so close to the slopes that you can practically ski in.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the media room where I could just relax and watch some TV after a long day at the slopes. Another great aspect was the breakfast which was always delicious and a good way to start the day. the lodge was conveniently located near the ski resort, making it easy to access.

I found the rooms to be quite small and cramped. It was difficult to move around comfortably, especially with my ski equipment.

Our room was tidy and well-maintained, with basic amenities and comfortable bedding, perfect for a good night's sleep. the breakfast was varied and well-presented, giving us plenty of energy to set off on a day's trip. the owner was very friendly and gave us tips on places of interest, and even provided shuttle service for our comfort.

The lodge is conveniently located a short walk from the ski lifts. The surrounding area has several nice restaurants to choose from. The availability of an honesty bar upstairs is a great idea for drinks.

The bed was uncomfortable as it was actually two single beds joined together.
